ACHIEVING OUR MISSION 

At ASSPRODEC, we believe in creating pathways to decent work for young girls and women. We achieve our mission in two ways: (1) Training and Empowerment: We provide skill-based training, equipping them with the tools needed to thrive. By nurturing their talents, we empower them to create sustainable livelihoods. (2) Financial Independence: Through support programs, micro-saving schemes, and certification opportunities, we enable financial independence. Our goal is to break down barriers and ensure that women and girls can support themselves and their families. .

WE BRING WOMEN TOGETHER

We believe in the power of togetherness, we believe that when a woman walks alone, she limps, but women walk together they skip. We also know that as an individual our creator has endowed us with unique skills and talents that when pooled together beautiful things begin to happen (we set women off for empowerment and financial independence) 

WE PROVIDE SKILL-BASED AND SMALL BUSINESS/ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING

Skills which are not honed do not produce much. Talents that are not streamlined are wasted. So, we provide our women with training to enable them use the skills and talents for the best. 

WE PROVIDE MICROCREDIT

Women and girls need capital to launch incomegenerating activities. Far too many organizations provide women with training but without the financial backing to start small businesses. The status of these women hardly changes so we provide the women with microcredit to help them start income generating activities;

WE PROVIDE MENTORSHIP TO WOMEN AND GIRLS

Once microcredit or another kind of support is offered to our women, we do not leave them on their own. We have a well-structured group mentorship program put in place to offer our women and girls psychosocial, business, family and health support to help them thrive in their family and business. 

WE PROMOTE EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EMPLOYMENT

We believe that to ensure decent work for women, they should be given the right tools, including education and training. Our programs provide these tools in diverse way 

WE CELEBRATE OUTSTANDING WOMEN AND GIRLS

We believe that women need to be inspired towards success. Once a year we bring all our women and girls and celebrate the ones who have set themselves apart.We also celebrate trailblazing women around the country
